Look at exposed wiring and line set. Somebody has ripped off line set cover, leaving piping and wiring hanging out in the open. New line set cover needs to be field installed and fastened to front of downspout.
Perform maintenance on ac system. Unit in new condition and cooling properly. Customer showed me there was no lineset cover reinstalled when old one was removed at new unit install.
New customer. Left estimate with customer.
Performed a platinum AC maintenance 1 of 2 . The HVac system is operating properly at this time. Biological growth was slightly present inside the AC system.
